We, GNTK LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Mid Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence Certificate at 42-44 Bampton Street, Tiverton, EX16 6AH and known as Morrison Daily- Bampton Street.
The application is to: - Permit the sale of alcohol off licence Monday to Sunday between 8am-11pm
Any person wishing to make representations on this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP not later than the final date on this notice (below).
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: https:// www.middevon.gov.uk/business/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
