The Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 Article 3 and Schedule 1
Notice is hereby given that We, Cromer Enterprises Ltd. 68 Clooney Road, Derry BT47 3PA have today applied to the Derry City & Strabane District Council for the Renewal of an Entertainments Licence in respect of White Horse Hotel, 68 Clooney Road, Londonderry BT47 3PA. Entertainment is to be provided on the following days and between the following hours: Monday – Sunday 11 a.m.– 1.00 am. The nature of the entertainments to be provided is as follows:- Dancing, singing, music or similar entertainment.
Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this Application shall give notice to the Council stating in general terms the nature of the representation, not later than 28 days after the date of the application.
