What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Andrew S Maughan and Rachel R J Maughan have applied in respect of The Other Side, 3B Houndgate, Darlington DL1 5RL for grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the on and off sales of alcohol and playing of recorded music. Mon to Sat 11:00-01:00, Sun 11:00-23:00.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 08/10/2025 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
