What is proposed?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of East Hampshire District Council for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Details of the application are as follows:
Name of Applicant: BUMAL LTD 
Postal address of premises: 18 Chalet Hill, Bordon, GU35 0TQ
Brief description of application for a premises licence: This application is for a premises licence to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. The premises will operate as an off-licence shop, selling alcoholic beverages along with general groceries and convenience goods. The proposed hours for the sale of alcohol are from 08:00 to 20:00, Monday to Sunday.
A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours (please call 01730 234379/89 to arrange) or by viewing the licensing public register at www.easthants.gov.uk 
Any responsible authority or any other person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to Licensing, Environmental Health, PO Box 310, Petersfield, Hampshire GU32 9HN. Written representations may also be made by email to: licensing@easthants.gov.uk Representations must be received by 08 October 2025.
ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine, the maximum fine is unlimited.
