What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Supercharger Restaurants Limited has applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as KFC, Wessex Gate Retail Park, Broadstone Way, Poole, BH15 3TE.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors) Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 00:00 the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 00:00 the following morning.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Team, BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Ave, Bournemouth, BH2 6EB, or by email to licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk, no later than 8 October 2025 stating the grounds for objection. The register of BCP Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website – www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
