TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We KUSIKUY LTD do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant to use or permit the use of premises known as KUSIKUY, 36 East Street, Brighton, East Sussex. BN1 1HL for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
Sell alcohol: everyday from 12pm to 12am live music: occasionally a singer during opening times and only in special occasions recorded music: background music during opening times
Any person who desires to make a representation to grant premises licence should send to EHL. licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 7/09//2025 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
