What is proposed?

Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003

We hereby give notice that We have made an application to the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for a variation of the premises licence/club premises certificate in respect of Baglan Dragons AFC Evans Bevans Playing Fields Pinewood Terrace Baglan SA128BH

For variation in the following manner To change the layout indoors to include a new community bar area for the sale and consumption of alcohol To change the layout outdoors to include the sale of alcohol, consumption area and regulated entertainment until 23:00

A record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday, between 9am - 4pm at the offices of: - Neath Port Talbot CBC Licensing Section Civic Centre Port Talbot SA13 1PJ

Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing by 16th October 2025.

It is an offence knowingly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
