NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY
A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Horsley Hill Premier, 22/23 Horsley Hill Square,
South Shields, NE34 7HQ.
Notice is given that Jagraj Singh has applied to South
Tyneside Licensing Authority to vary a Premises Licence
under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is:
To vary the hours for the Sale of Alcohol by Retail Off the
Premises FROM Monday-Sunday 07.00—21.00 TO
Monday-Sunday 07.00-22.00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must give notice in writing to: Licensing
Section, South Tyneside Council, Regulatory Services,
Level 3, Town Hall & Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South
Shields, NE33 2RL. Representations must be received no
later than 10th October 2025.
The application may be viewed during normal office hours
at the above address or at

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application and the maximum fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited)
