Notice of application for renewal of Zoo licence.

Notice is given that Horniman Public Museum and Public Park Trust intends to apply to the London Borough of Lewisham for a renewal of its Zoo licence in respect of Horniman Museum and Gardens, 100 London Road, Forest Hill, SE23 3PQ for Licence to Operate a Zoo. Anyone wishing to make representation regarding the application must give notice in writing to the Crime, Enforcement and Regulation Service (Licensing Authority) or email licensing@lewisham.gov.uk within three weeks specifying the ground of opposition. The application & register can also be viewed at the above address during office hours.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000. Should representation be received a public hearing will be held.
