LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A  PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Burgertory Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Islington on 17/09/2025 for a new Premises Licence in respect of 215 Holloway Road, London N7 8DL. 

The proposed licensable activities are:  Late night refreshments Monday to Thursday from 23:00 to 02:00 Friday to Sunday 23:00 to 03:00, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day until 05:00, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day Until 05:00. The full application can be inspected at: Licensing Service, Public Protection Division, 3rd Floor, 222 Upper Street, London, N1 1XR. Any person wishing to make representations on this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to: licensing@islington.gov.uk no later than: 15/10/2025. It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for such an offence is unlimited.
