LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Shree Gurudev 99 Ltd has applied to the Licensing Authority of the London Borough of Islington for a new Premises Licence in respect of: Basilico, Ground Floor, 26 Penton Street, London, N1 9PS. The application is to permit: The provision of late night refreshment (pizza and soft drinks delivery only) from 23:00 hours to 02:00 hours Monday to Sunday. The full application can be inspected at: Licensing Service, Public Protection Division, 3rd Floor, 222 Upper Street, London, N1 1XR.

Any person wishing to make representations on this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to: licensing@islington.gov.uk no later than: 9th October 2025. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is £5,000.
