Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Tramps International Ltd has applied to London Borough of Camden for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as McGlynn's Free House, 1-5 Whidborne Street, London, WC1H 8ET. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of Alcohol (on and off the premises) - Monday to Thursday: 1000 to 2330, Friday and Saturday: 1000 to 0000, Sunday: 1100 to 2230. Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) - Monday to Thursday: 2300 to 2330, Friday and Saturday: 2300 to 0000. Opening Hours Monday to Thursday - 0800 to 0000, Friday and Saturday: 0800 to 0030, Sunday: 0900 to 2300. See application for full details.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by London Borough of Camden, 5 Pancras Square, c/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE no later than 7 October 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Camden and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.camden.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
