Notice is hereby given that Green Star Restaurants T/A Morley’s, has applied to the London Borough of Camden on 5th September 2025 for the grant of a New Premises Licence to use the premises at Morley’s, 59 Chalk Farm Road NW1 8AN for: The provision of Late-Night Refreshment Sunday to Wednesday 23:00 to 01:00, Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 03:00. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 3rd October 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: London Borough of Camden Licensing Authority 5 Pancras Square C/o Town Hall Judd Street London WC1H 9JE or email to: licensingrepresentation@camden.gov.uk The register can be viewed online by visiting www.camden.gov.uk and following the links. Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the applications at 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000
