What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 - Full Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Lexington Street Limited has applied to the City of Westminster on 11/09/2025 to vary the premises licence for 34 Lexington Street, London, W1F 0LH. The variation seeks to increase the terminal hours of licensing activities, include late night refreshment, proposes changes to conditions and change the layout of the ground and basement floors in accordance with the plan submitted with the application.

Please see plans accompanying the application for all changes, but a summary is set out below: Basement floor Reconfiguration to toilets and storage rooms. Removal of bar and replaced with a kitchen and dispense counter. Reconfiguration of seating. Ground floor Removal of kitchen and replaced with service counters. Removal of bar and replaced with seating. Reconfiguration of seating. Removal of storage room and replaced with a toilet Reconfiguration to stairs. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 09/10/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above.

The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
