What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Young & Co's Brewery Plc in respect of Premises known as Guinea, 30-32 Bruton Place, Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London, W1J 6NL applied to Westminster City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: To amend conditions 28 and 29 under Annex 3 to read as follows:- 28. No collections of waste or recycling materials (including bottles) from the premises shall take place between (22.00) hours and 07.00) hours on the following day unless collections are arranged during the times for the Councils own commercial waste collection service for the street. 29. All waste and barrels shall be properly presented and placed out for collection no earlier than 30 minutes before the start of the scheduled collection time.
At any other time, waste and barrels should be stored in the basement. All licensable activities, permitted hours, opening hours and other conditions to remain as existing. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP or by e-mail licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 7th October 2025 stating the grounds for representation.The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
