I, Hamechan Madhoo do hereby give notice that on 18 September 2025 applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council for a New Premises Licence at South Devon Chilli Farm, Wigford Cross, Loddiswell, TQ7 4DX.
The application is for -
- Supply of Alcohol 
On Premises Monday to Sunday 1000 - 1530.
Off Premises for online orders & dispatch Monday to Sunday 0800 – 1700.
- Opening Times Farm Shop Monday to Sunday 1000 – 1600.
Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, South Devon, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 16 October 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
