I would like to extend licensable activities authorized by the license and the times the license authorities the carrying out of licensable activities for everyday sale or supply of Alcohol between 11:00-04:00 indoor and outdoors.

Our premises Name and function has changed. It is Chinese takeaway, new name is : Chop & Wok Express Layout has not changed. Playing of recorded music and late night refreshments until closing hour.

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any persons must be made in writing to Licensing Section, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE or by emailing Licensing@Chelmsford.gov.uk by (09.10.2025) (28 days after the application is submitted to Licensing)

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine. The full application can be arranged for viewing with the licensing department upon request.
