LICENSING ACT 2003 

APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE BY HESSLE SPORTING CLUB, KING GEORGE V PLAYING FIELDS, BOOTHFERRY RD, HESSLE, HU13 9AN 

Notice is hereby given that we, Hessle Sporting Club, have made the above application to East Riding of Yorkshire Council on 16th September 2025, to apply for the following licensable activities to take place:- 

The sale by retail of alcohol (on the premises) Monday to Sunday 11:00 - 23:00. 

Any representations must be made in writing within 28 days of the date of this notice, direct to: The Licensing Team, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Cross Street, Beverley, HU17 9BA Or by email to licensing@eastriding.gov.uk No later than 14th October 2025 

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Public Protection Dept, County Hall, Beverley, HU17 9BA between 9am and 5p.m.- Monday to Thursday, (4.30p.m on Friday) except public holidays or on the below link https://www.eastriding.gov.uk/business/licences-andregistrations/licensing-applications 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
