What is proposed?

Take notice that I Robert Bridger Of Thorley Taverns Limited. Address of premises: The Pavilion, Harbour Street, Broadstairs, Kent. CT10 1EU.

Have applied to Thanet District Council PO Box 9 Cecil Street Margate Kent for a Premises Licence Variation in respect of the premises to be known as The Pavilion under the above Act.

A copy of the application may be inspected online at https://www.thanet.gov.uk/info-pages/applications-received-under-the-2003-licensing-act/.

Please contact the Licensing Department at licensing@thanet.gov.uk should you require any further information. The licensable activities will be the – Outdoor Music Licence From Sunday till Saturday (All week) From 12.00pm – 22.00pm.

Any representation in respect of the application should be made using the form on the website that can be found at the link above before 08/10/2025. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
