The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:
1. The sale of alcohol between the hours of 0800 and 2400 daily for consumption off the premises and between the hours of 1000 and 2400 daily for consumption on the premises.
2. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 daily.
3. The provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 daily.
Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 13 October 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
