Hours Open to the Public:
Sunday to Thursday, 11:00hrs to 00:30hrs, Friday to Saturday, 11:00hrs to 01:30hrs
A responsible authority or any other person may make representation in writing to: Public Protection, Licensing Division, PO Box 42, Church Square House, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire DN15 6XQ, no more than 28 days starting on the day after the day on which the complete application was given to North Lincolnshire Council’s Licensing Division” stating the grounds of objection. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale.
