Licensing Act 2003: Public Notice of Application Application for Variation of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that SWBG Gassys Hold Company Limited has applied to Cardiff Council on 17/09/2025 for a variation to a premises licence for Gassys Cardiff, 39-41 Salisbury Road, Cathays, Cardiff, CF24 4AB.
This variation seeks to extend licensable activities by 2 hours each day, enabling live music, recorded music, performance of dance and the sale by retail of alcohol Sunday-Tuesday 09:00-01:00 (following day) and Wednesday-Saturday 10:00-02:00 (following day) and late night refreshment Sunday-Tuesday 23:00-01:00 (following day) and Wednesday-Saturday 23:00-02:00 (following day) on such terms and such other times as set out in the application.
The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 15/10/2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
