NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: 138-140 Epsom Road, Croydon, CR0 4PY. Notice is given that David Asekhame has applied to Croydon Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed licensable activity is: Sale of Alcohol, Monday to Saturday 06:00 to 21:00 hrs, Sunday 07:00 to 21:00 hrs.
Any representations regarding this application must be received in writing to Croydon Council, Licensing Team, 3rd Floor, Zone B, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA or via email to licensing@croydon.gov.uk no later than 03.10.2025. The register of the record of the application may be viewed at the address of the Council given above by appointment Monday to Friday 9am to 3.45pm (except bank holidays) or can be viewed online at www.croydon.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for such an offence is unlimited.
