NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: The Magnum Hotel, Timber Beach Road, Sunderland, SR5 3XG
Notice is given that AG Sunderland Ltd has applied to Sunderland City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are:
• Sale by Retail of Alcohol [Monday - Sunday] ([1000 Hrs - 2300 Hrs])
The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is kept at: Licensing Section, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland SR1 3AA.
A record of the application may be inspected by appointment during the hours Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:15 and Friday 08:30-16:45 at the Customer Services Centre, City Hall.
Representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Council or by emailing
no later than 8th October 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
