Notice is hereby given that I Lelia Elena Vasile have made an application for a new premises license held at Bella Italia MD, 36 Cheshire Street, Market Drayton, TF9 1PF.
For the following days/hours, licensable activities opening hours from noon until midnight seven days a week and supply of alcohol from noon until 2330 7 days a week. In addition and as a one of exception the premises would also remain open until 2 am on New Year’s Day serving alcohol until 01:30 hours on New Year’s Day
The application provides for the supply of alcohol, live entertainment and late night refreshment. Any persons wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the licensing team, Guildhall, Frankwell Quay, Shropshire Council, Shrewsbury, SY3 8HQ or email
within 28 days of the date of this notice. Applications can be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. Further details and procedures can be found online at

It is an offense on the section 158 of the licensing act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a full statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
