What is proposed?

Take notice that I Perry Nicholas of 150 Northdown Road, Cliftonville, Margate, Kent CT9 2QU have applied to Thanet District Council, P.O. Box 9, Cecil Street, Margate, Kent for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises to be known as Ehis Grocery under the above Act.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
