Notice of an application for the grant of a Premises Licence The Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that we, The Bake Bishop Auckland Limited have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: The Bake, Unit 11, Bishop Auckland Retail & Leisure Park, St Helen Auckland, Bishop Auckland, County Durham DL14 9AA.
For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol (on and off sales conditioned) 10.00 - 23.30 hrs Monday to Sunday inclusive. The provision of recorded music and late-night refreshment, (both indoors) 23.00 - 00.00 hrs Monday to Sunday inclusive. The opening hours will be 10.00 - 00.00hrs Monday to Sunday inclusive. Conditions will apply.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 8th October 2025 and sent to:-Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham, DHI 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
