S. 17/34 LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE: AN APPLICATION TO GRANT VARY PREMISES LICENCE 

Name and Address of Premises: King's Farm, Writtle, Chelmsford, CM1 3PJ. 

A Description of the Activities/or Variations is described below: Family country music festival for three consecutive days (Friday to Monday) once per year. Timings: Friday 12:00 to 23:00 Saturday 11:00 to 23:00 Sunday 11:00 to 23:00 

Licensable activities: -Sale of alcohol on the premisses. -Playing of recording music.- Performance of recorded music and dance. 

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding this application, which must be made in writing within 28 days of the posting of this notice. 

All representations must be made by 9th October 2025 in writing, addressed to: The Licensing Team at: Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE or by email to: licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk
