APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003


We, TRG Concessions Limited are applying for a Variation of Premises Licence for The Fletton, The New Terminal Building, Airport Way, London Luton Airport LU2 9LY to amend the hours for the sale of alcohol to 06:0022:00, alter the layout of the external area and amend condition 12 to allow food to be taken from the premises. Persons, wishing to make a representation, must do so in writing to the address below or by email to licensing@luton.gov. uk by midnight on 9th October 2025 The application can be viewed during normal office hours at: Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, George Street, Luton LU1 2BQ  or online at http://www2.luton.gov.uk/ eLR/ It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount
