What is proposed?

CUMBERLAND COUNCIL APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

PHIL SCHOLEY has applied to Cumberland Council for a Premises Licence for: 24 MARKETPLACE, COCKERMOUTH CA13 9NQ for the sale / supply of alcohol and allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - Music, Singing, Live performers, Playing of recorded sound, between the following hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-23:00 including Christmas day, Boxing day and other public holidays - the terminal time for the sale of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment will be 22:30.

Any person wishing to make relevant representations on this application may do so in writing by not later than 9th October 2025. To Licensing Department, Cumberland Council. Allerdale House, Workington, Cumbria, CA14 3YJ or by emailing to: licensing@allerdale.gov.uk. The full application can be viewed at Allerdale House, Workington, CA14 3YJ between the hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
