Notice of Application for the GRANT of a PREMISES LICENCE under the Licensing act 2003
The Apero Bar Ltd applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 12 September 2025 for a licence to use the premises at Bath Christmas Market Horsebox, Milsom Street Bath BA1 1DE for the sale of alcohol for consumption on premises Monday to Wednesday 09:30 - 19:30, Thursday to Saturday 09:30 - 20:30 and Sunday 09:30 - 18:30
Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/licensing-register.
Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 10th. October 2025
Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
