What is proposed?

We Ideal Day Brewery Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Unit 9A2, Restormel Industrial Estate, 7 Liddicoat Rd, Lostwithiel PL22 0HG.   
The application is to : (4)  Sale of Alcohol (off premise) 
Online Orders via website 24 Hours a day  Orders for Delivery until 20:00 
In person Collections Monday thru Thursday 10:00 - 18:00  Friday thru Sunday 10:00 - 20:00.

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 14 October 2025.  
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’.
