Notice of an Application for Variation of a Premises Licence
Applicant: Game's On Ltd. Premises: Game On, Unit 12 Bishop Auckland Retail & Leisure Park, West Auckland Road, Bishop Auckland, DL14 9TW.
Notice is hereby given that Game's On Ltd has applied on the 5th September 2025 to Durham County Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence application under the Licensing Act 2003. The application sought is to take account of various internal alterations to the premises, including but not limited to the addition of a new mezzanine floor which increases capacity. The redesign and relocation of fixed furniture, bars and toilets. In all respects the licence is to remain the same.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30am and 4.30pm. Any representations to this application must be made in writing by 3rd October 2025 and sent to:-Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham, DHI 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
