Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

I Reuben Wall hereby give notice that an application was made to Gwynedd Council on the 16/09/2025 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Ruebens Coffee House 31 High Street Caernarfon LL55 1RH from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 08:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday. The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Unit, Public Protection Service, Council Offices, Shirehall Street, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 1SH or online at www.gwynedd.gov.uk

Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 14/10/2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine. 16/09/2025
