Notice is hereby given that FLAMINGOS NIGHTS LTD has applied for a premises licence to Hartlepool Borough Council in relation to Flamingos, 2 Scarborough Street, Hartlepool, Cleveland, TS25 1PL to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption On and Off the premises Monday to Sunday 09:00hrs – 22:30hrs. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at https://www.hartlepool.gov.uk/info/20023/licences_and_permits/342/details_of_licensing_applications_received Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Principal Licensing Officer, Hartlepool Borough Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Road, Hartlepool, TS24 8AY Such written representation must be received by 10/10/2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
