LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE: AN APPLICATION TO GRANT PREMISES LICENCE

On 11th September 2025 an application has been made by LDN Wild Ltd to Chelmsford City Council for the Grant of a time limited Premises Licence, namely at: Wheelers Farm, Wheelers Hill, Little Waltham, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 3LZ.

2026 Time Limited Licence for 2 events only on a Friday to Sunday. Sale of Alcohol, Performance of Dance, Films, Live Music and Recorded Music 13:00 until 23:00. All on such terms and conditions as are proposed or as may be agreed. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding this application, which must be made in writing within 28 days of the posting of this notice. All representations must be made on or before 9th October 2025 in writing, addressed to: The Licensing Team at: Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE or by email to: licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk
