I James Morgan give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for Grant/Variation of a Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate in respect of Wren & Raven Ltd.
Ground Floor, 25-26 Market Place, Penzance, Cornwall, TR18 2JD
The application is to: Supply alcohol both on and off the premises from 10:00 - 23:00. Provide late night refreshment from 20:00 - 23:00. Play recorded music from 08:00 - 23:00. Play live music from 12:00 - 23:00 and show films from 09:00 - 23:00. All of the licensable activities listed to be permitted every day of the week.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@ cornwall.gov.uk not later than the 7th of October 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
