I/WE: Enigma Event Ltd Have Applied to: Birmingham City Council for a New Premises Licence for: Cannon Hill Park, Russell Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 8RD Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On-Premises consumption: Sun (11:00-18:00). Regulated Entertainment (Live Music) Sun (11:00-18:00). Regulated Entertainment Recorded Music) Sun (11:00- 18:00). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 08/10/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ OR email: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
