I, Mustafa Pouryan of 49 Eastbank St, Southport, PR8 1DY have applied to Sefton MB Council for a Grant of premises licence for:The Sale of Alcohol (Off the premises) 07.00-00.00 Sun-Thu & 07.00-01.00 Fri-Sat. This application can be inspected in person at the below postal address (weekdays 09.00 to 15.00 by appointment) or on Sefton Council’s Website at www.sefton.gov. uk. Any representations must be made in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Sefton MBC, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Rd, Bootle, L20 3NJ no later than 09.10.25 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
