APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Whisby Oaks LTD to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as The Sycamore Lincoln which are situated at 185 West Parade, Lincoln LN1 1QS.
The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows: The licensed sale of alcohol, seven days a week from 09:00 until 23:00.
The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 09TH October 2025.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
