APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK has applied to Knowsley for a Premises Licence to permit Late Night refreshment daily from 11pm until 5am at Popeyes, Units 6A&B, Academy Business Park, Kirkby, Liverpool L33 7SA. 

A register of licensing applications can be inspected at: www.knowsley.gov.uk or write to Knowsley MBC, Environmental Health and Consumer Protection Service 2nd Floor Yorkon Building, Archway Road, Huyton, Knowsley, L36 9FB tel. 0151 443 2300 or licensing@ knowsley.gov.uk. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 6 October 2025. 

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. 

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
