PLK CHICKEN UK LIMITED has applied for a PREMISES LICENCE for POPEYES, Unit L9, New Mersey Retail Park, Speke Road, Speke, Liverpool, L24 8QB For the following licensable activities NIGHT REFRESHMENT DAILY UNTIL 5AM
You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it either through liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
Representations must be received no later than the 6th OCTOBER 2025 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
