LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th September 2025 Ei Group Limited applied to Walsall Council for a
Premises Licence in respect of premises The Drunken Duck, 55 High Street, Walsall Wood, Walsall WS9 9LR.


The proposed licensable activities are ;- The provision of films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music and supply of alcohol on Sundays to Thursday between the hours of 10.00 to 00.00 and Fridays and Saturdays 10.00 to 01.00.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The Licensing Unit, Walsall Council, Licensing Unit, Clean and Green Depot, 200 Pelsall Road, Walsall WS8 7EN (email

no later than the 8th October 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Walsall Council and the record of the application may be inspected during normal
office hours at the above address.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
