What is proposed?
Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Collective Events Ltd has
applied to North Yorkshire Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as
Autumn Lights - Harrogate, Railway Road, Great Yorkshire
Showground, Harrogate, HG2 8NZ. The proposed
licensable activities and their hours are the provision for
regulated entertainment (to include films, live music,
recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a
similar description) and the sale of alcohol Monday to
Sunday 15:00 to 22:00. The opening hours of the premises
will be Monday to Sunday 14:00 to 23:00. This event will
be limited to one day per year. The record of this application
and any relevant documents can be viewed in person at
Licensing, North Yorkshire Council, Civic Centre, St
Luke’s Avenue, Harrogate, HG1 2AE, or by contacting the

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
