New Grant of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited
applied to North Northamptonshire Council on 5 September
2025 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the
premises known as Wingstop, Unit L8 West Terrace
Rushden Lakes, Rushden, NN10 6FT for the provision of:
(1) retail sale of alcohol: Sun-Wed 10:00 to 1am, Thurs-Sat
10.00 to 02:00 (2) late night refreshment: Sun-Wed 23:00
to 1am, Thurs-Sat 23:00 to 02:00 (3) on such other terms
and conditions as set out in the application papers. Any
person who wishes to submit representations in connection
with this application should do so, in writing by 3 October
