What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that we McDonald’s Restaurants
Limited have applied to North Yorkshire Council for the
grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises to be
known as McDonald’s, Barnsdale Bar Services, Great
North Road, Wentworth, Pontefract, WF8 3JF. The
proposed licensable activities are: The provision of latenight refreshment from 23:00-05:00 every day, allowing the
premises to operate 24/7. Any representations regarding the
above-mentioned application must be received in writing
by North Yorkshire Council, Licensing (Selby), Civic
Centre, Doncaster Road, Selby, North Yorkshire, YO8 9FT
or

no later than (8th
October 2025) that is 28 days after valid application stating
the grounds for the representation. The register and the
record of this application may be inspected at the North
Yorkshire Council office at the address given above during
normal business hours, or on the council’s website - Home
| North Yorkshire County Council
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
