TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

V. & S. (NO. 3) Ltd. Hereby gives notice that on 05 September 2025 served application on the Licensing Authority, Adur District Council, for a Full Variation to the Premises Licence at: Emerald Quay Club Emerald Quay, Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 5JP The licence authorises the sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises 11:00hrs - 23:00hrs Sunday to Thursday and 11:00hrs - 23:30hrs Friday & Saturday. The application seeks to vary the existing Licence to: Remove the conditions of licence that state:
A Registration signing in book will be maintained listing all those in attendance in the bar with a date and signature. A list of members will be maintained for inspection by the relevant licensing officer or police officer.
A limit on number of guests a member can sign in, limited to 5 on any single day. Membership to be limited to freeholders, leaseholders, tenants, renters and berth holder.
No other changes are proposed by the application.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
