What is proposed?
Robbie Hamblin is applying for a premises licence for 8a Bancks Street, Minehead, TA24 5DJ. The proposed licensable activities are as follows: Consumption of alcohol between the times 11:00-23:00 Sunday-Thursday and 11:00-23:00 Sunday – Thursday and 11:00 – 0:00 Fridays and Saturdays. And occasional music between the hours of 18:00 – 23:00 any day of the week.

Or you can make an appointment with a member of the Licensing Team to view the application in person, at the council offices at Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton, TA1 1HE, by phoning 0300 123 2224. Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection by Thursday 16th October.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 on the standard scale.
