What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005
Notice is hereby given that: Megabet UK Ltd of the following address: 4 Simon Campion Court, 232-234 High Street, Epping, Essex, CM16 4AU is applying for a variation of a premises licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005.
The application relates to the following premises: Jenningsbet, 3 Baber Bridge Parade, Staines Road, Feltham, TW14 0HP.
The proposed variation is to seek approval of the proposed plan submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, to extend the unit to the rear of the premises to provide a larger and more modern shop. No other changes to be made.
The application has been made to: Licensing, London Borough of Hounslow, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB. Email - licensing@hounslow.gov.uk Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application.
Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorized activities A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorized activities A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories.
Any representations must be made by the following date: 9 October 2025.
It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
