What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 

I, Negash Aster Tekeleab, is applying for the GRANT of a Premises License at Asmara Café 87a New Summer Street Birmingham B19 3TE.

If GRANTED the application will allow: Sale of alcohol be for consumption on the premises/Late Night Refreshments Mon - Sun - 12:00 - 05:00 

Any person wishing to view the application can do so by appointment with the Licensing Section by calling 0121 303 9896 or viewing the Public register at www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing.

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so by writing to The Licensing Section, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ Or emailing your representation to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 02.10.2025.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
